Today was one of those really annoying days at work where I spent more time in meetings than actually doing work. I did have a little fun though. For lunch, Isabel and I went to the Rainbow. And after work I went to a screening of Jackass with Lauren and Niki. I've been to a lot of movies in the past week, but most of them were really bad. The only ones I recommend you go see are The Nightmare Before Christmas at the El Capitan (they show it every October around Halloween), and The Happiness of the Katakuris. I've spent most of my time lately at work and going to movies, but Saturday I did get out for a bit. I went to Magic Mountain. I had never been there before. The rides were fun, but the lines were long. Unfortunately while I was there I missed Game 6 of the World Series, but I did see the Angels win Game 7 on Sunday. I think there was a parade or something today. Oh! And I actually had a cool celebrity sighting... I saw Dawson (star of my favorite TV show) at the grocery store!

Ok, here's a quick rundown of the last few days. I finally got my holiday plans figured out. As I mentioned before, I'm going to Hawaii for Thanksgiving. And also, I'm going to Maine to see my family for Christmas. Thursday, I went to see a screening of Bloody Sunday which was a really good documentary-style movie. Friday, I saw Jello Biafra do a spoken word performance At The Echo. On Saturday, I went to Palm Springs for the day, but the highlight was stopping at Hadley's for a date shake. And today was a sports day... I watched the Nascar race, the LA Galaxy win the MLS Cup, and the Angels beat the Giants 11-10 in Game 2 of the World Series.

Today was another busy day at work, but I'm making progress on the project I'm working on. The good news today is that I bought a plane ticket to Hawaii for $289! My dear friend Lauren invited me to spend Thanksgiving with her and her family in Maui, my favorite place in the world, so tonight I bought the ticket! I'm very excited cause I need a vacation.

I had a pretty good weekend. I just finished watching the Angels game. I can't believe they're going to the World Series. Someone get me some tickets! I saw a couple movies this weekend... Red Dragon was great, Moonlight Mile was OK. I found some Columbus Day sales this weekend. I ended up buying some new sheets and new dishes for my apartment. I also went to some galleries at Bergamot Station in Santa Monica. The only thing I really liked was The Baron Margo Show at the Gallery of Functional Art which included some cool robots and rocket ship automobiles.

I'm a little late again on the update, but here's a quick rundown of the last few days.... I saw some movies: The Secretary was really good, Metropolis was really boring, and Decasia was really interesting. I went to some weird art things downtown at The Brewery and Raid Gallery. And I saw Dilated Peoples and Public Enemy at the House Of Blues. Work has been really crazy. I've got tons of things to do that have deadlines, but lately I've been spending most of my time sitting in meetings where I'm given more things to do and not getting any work done. Dawson's on tonight, WOOHOO! Oh and Tom Green emailed me and put a link to me on his homepage. Check out his site.

I've been getting compaints that I haven't been updating my weblog much lately. I guess that's true... this is only my first post this week. I'll try to do better. It's finally October so I can start decorating for my favorite holiday --- HALLOWEEN!!! The big news this week was that Dawson and Joey finally did it on the season premiere of Dawson's Creek (my favorite show). Tonight, I'm going to see Lipstick Traces at UCLA.
